This puncture unit is suitable for processing all types of trays with paperpot plugs. The device creates a hole in each paperpot plug in any desired size. Converting to another tray is easy, where the belt guide must be adjusted to the width of the tray and the punching plate must be changed (which is custom made for the tray). This unit is often used as part of a cutting line with water unit and is made entirely of stainless steel for easy cleaning. The machine is 1000 mm long, the punching unit is 1500 mm long and the height is 90 cm. The electrical connection is 400V - 3 PH - PE - 50Hz and the power is 2.5 kW.
