This cutting line is suitable for processing all types of trays with paper pot plugs. Thanks to the workstations, it's possible to significantly increase the speed and efficiency of the cutting process on a small surface area.
The cutting line operates by holding a tray in front of all workstations. When a tray is taken by an employee, the system ensures that a new one slides in. The employees place the full trays on the roller conveyors, which then move toward the roller tables.
This cutting line is often used as part of a plant cutting line with a water unit and a puncture unit. The conveyer is entirely made of stainless steel for easy cleaning. The electrical connection is 400V - 3 PH - PE - 50Hz, and the power is 2.5 kW.
