HETO Potting soil dispenser (For bags with flower bulbs)

This week, we introduced a new and improved potting soil dispenser designed specifically for dosing substrates into bags of flower bulbs. The HETO potting soil dispenser, type H-15E basic, is equipped with a special dosing unit that can be installed on the HETO Soil Transport Bunker.

With a storage capacity of approximately 500 liters, the dispenser features a conveyor belt that carries the substrate to an elevator that can be adjusted to any desired height. The substrate is then discharged onto another conveyor belt, which doses the substrate in adjustable steps for optimal filling of the pots.

The dispenser's high-quality, robust construction and extensive adjustment options ensure efficient and low-maintenance operation. The soil conveyor system has a rotational direction from bottom to top, preventing any structural change of the potting soil mixture. The drive mechanism is also optimized for quiet and low-maintenance operation.

All removable covers of the machine are made of high-quality stainless steel, and the dispenser is built in accordance with the CE standard (machinery directive) and powered by 3-phase/400V, 50 Hz + N + PE.
