This elevator belt is designed to transport substrates such as potting soil efficiently and reliably to a higher level. The length and width of the belt can be determined according to the customer's requirements, ensuring that it perfectly matches your production system.
The cleats on the conveyor belt allow the belt to operate at an angle of 60 degrees, making it versatile for various applications. The roller guides under the belt deck result in low resistance, resulting in lower energy consumption. The belt deck is sealed to prevent substrate from getting under the belt.
The drive roll is covered with a rubber layer to prevent slipping, contributing to the reliability of the conveyor belt. The drive and idler rolls can be easily disassembled, and the bearings are located on the outside of the frame for easy lubrication.
