The tray filling machine is a universal machine for the automatic filling of trays and crates. This machine can also be used for filling pots in trays.

Operation:
Empty trays are manually placed on a conveyor belt. They are transported underneath the potting soil dosing unit where they are filled with potting soil. The potting soil is dosed and falls into the tray and is slightly pressed down by a rotor. After the rotor, an adjustable brush unit removes excess potting soil from the tray and reuses it in the next cycle. By means of height adjustment, almost any tray can be filled.
