DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING COSTS
We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on working days before 4:30 PM on the same day. However, we do not always manage to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The prices quoted do not include shipping costs.
The shipping costs are determined by the weight of your total order. This is visible when you complete your order.
Delivery is via the postman, parcel deliverer or carrier. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
If this delivery time differs, it will be stated on the product page.
