H50 Tray Filler

The H50 is a relatively new machine in the tray filling range. It is designed to fill trays at high capacities without compromising on filling quality. The soil feeding system can handle a very high throughput. A laterally positioned, height-adjustable rotor determines the firmness of the filling.

In addition, the machine is equipped with an efficient soil recovery system, ensuring that no soil is carried beyond the filling machine. The 0.8 m³ soil hopper can optionally be fed automatically by a soil supply unit.

Features:

• Suitable for filling trays with a maximum width of 45 cm and pots up to 30 cm high
• Adjustable filling by means of a frequency-controlled compression auger, positioned perpendicular to the direction of transport
• Capacity of up to 1,000 trays per hour, or 2,000 trays per hour when two trays can be processed side by side
• Adjustable soil feed speed
• Integrated soil recovery system at the machine outlet (no substrate loss)
• Rotating brush at the outlet for a clean finish
• Height-adjustable compression roller for firmer filling
• Optional: larger soil hopper
