TRAY AUTOMATION

Clean used Heto tray filler / crate filling machine, overhauled. Photos do not depict the same machine, but the same type in a similar condition. The machine comes with a warranty and can be installed upon request.

The tray filling machine is a universal machine for the automatic filling of trays and crates. This machine is also suitable for filling pots in trays.

Operation: Empty trays are manually placed on a conveyor belt. They are transported under the potting soil dosing unit, where they are filled with potting soil. The potting soil is dosed and falls onto the tray and is lightly pressed by a rotor. After the rotor, the excess potting soil is removed from the tray by an adjustable brush unit and reused in the next cycle. By means of height adjustment, it is possible to fill almost any tray.
