Fully refurbished Demtec 4016 potting machine, highly suitable for large pots!
This machine can be used with two types of pot rings – for small and large pot sizes. It can fill pots from 10 to 40 cm.
Additionally, it's very well-suited for repotting bare-root plants due to the extra soil on the turntable.
The machine is equipped with the following options:
- Mobile version with pneumatic tires and tow bar.
- Double-acting pneumatic pot dispenser.
- Pot supply conveyor on mobile frame.
- Pneumatic pot remover with safety system.
- Drill unit with adjustable speed and drill interrupter.
- Adjustable pot filling.
- Capacity: 600 – 2400 pots per hour.
The machine has been completely rebuilt, with the following parts replaced:
- Soil belts and bottom rollers.
- All bearings replaced.
- All air hoses replaced.
- Elevator chains, sprockets, and shafts.
- Various electrical components.
The machine is as good as new.
