The HETO H15E Potting Machine for Hedge Plants is a standard H15E model, further developed to facilitate the processing of hedge plants. With an additional adjustment, the usable pot diameter can be expanded to 24 cm. Drilling a planting hole is one of the standard functionalities of the HETO H15E potting machine. Multiple holes in a single pot are possible with extra options.

All machines are developed in-house, allowing customization to meet your specific potting needs. Robust quality and expertise form the foundation for a long-lasting machine.

Operation

Empty pots are manually placed or loaded using a pot dispenser into the pot holders. These holders are mounted on a chain conveyor, which moves them under the soil filling station. The pots are evenly filled with soil. An additional belt applies a layer of soil, and excess soil is removed by a leveling unit and returned to the soil supply. Hedge plants are then potted, and soil from the additional belt is placed into the pot. If equipped with an automatic pot discharge, the pots are automatically placed onto a conveyor belt. The H15E potting machine can be used in line with other equipment, such as the HETO buffer belt and conveyors.
