BARK SPREADERS

As its name suggests, this bark spreader is a universal machine for automatically spreading bark over various pots and containers. The bark spreader is suitable for filling mini pots up to large planters.

All machines are developed in-house, which makes it possible to customize each machine to your personal potting requirements. Robust quality and expertise form the basis for a machine with a long service life. The machine is mobile, so it can be used in different locations within your company.

Operation

The empty pots are manually placed or fed into the bark spreader machine via a conveyor belt. Here, the pots are evenly spread with bark. The excess bark is removed by a scraping unit and returned to the bark supply. Then, the pots are removed via the conveyor belt.

The HETO bark spreader UNI is a machine for efficiently spreading bark over pots, and is supplied in a set of one piece.

The machine has the following features:

• Simple spindle adjustment for processing different pot sizes.
• Pots are driven by strings and can rotate smoothly.
• The machine is robustly built, making it low-maintenance.
• The closed soil system ensures a clean and labor-friendly processing.
• The machine stands on sturdy leveling feet and can be easily adjusted to a different pot size.
• The installation complies with the CE standard (machinery directive).
• Note: the machine is supplied without a feeder belt.
